"I came to Freya with soreness in my calves that had built up over years of playing rugby and sprinting. I was impressed by the range of techniques she used including MET, Cross-fibre and Myofasical therapy to reduce the tension in my muscles and increase my flexibility and performance. Freya also applied Kinesiology tape to help aid my movement and lift any fascial tension. I would definitely recommend Freya to anyone with ongoing aches and pains or new injuries."

Mason Tonks - Former England 7’s & Worcester Warriors Rugby Player

"An injury to my knee had restricted my movement for nearly a year and an MRI scan not showing much, and eventually having not as much use in my leg which led to giving up a sport I loved, I booked in with Freya and was literally amazed at her quality of knowledge. The relief of finally having answers and a solution, and that I would soon be injury free was the best news ever.

"I’m back playing netball after only a few sessions with Freya. Unbelievable but true. It is purely thanks to Freya’s advice and treatment I am now able to play sport again. Freya’s professional service is a testament to my recovery. I genuinely look forward to my physio sessions with Freya and feel so much better afterwards!

"Thank you Freya for giving me the confidence that I would actually be able to play netball again and for your kind, positive and informative sessions."

Donna - Local & Regional League Netballer

"I've had stiff and uncomfortable hips for the majority of my sporting career. Freya was able to identify the problem through examinations and assessments including range of movement tests. We were able to devise a Sports Soft Tissue Massage plan which fitted in with my busy schedule. After a few treatments Freya fully explained rehabilitation stretches and exercises which allowed me to manage my injury much better. Thanks to Freya and her work, I've been able to continue training injury free. I now see Freya every month for muscle maintenance."

Virginia Holmes - GB Rowing

"A complete tear of my labrum and numbing sensations down my arm meant I had to have an operation reconstructing my left shoulder. Freya helped to keep my muscles healthy during the recovery process and gain better Range-Of-Movement post-operation. She was informative and very understanding while also sypathetically pushing me to improve my movement. During treatment she massaged the muscles surrounding my shoulder to maintain maximum flexibility and help drain fluid.

"One of the key points Freya and I worked on together, was to reduce the swelling at the site of the injury. A rehabilitation program was put in place for me to follow and I continued having treatments every 10 days, this really made a difference to the movement in my shoulder and the numbing sensation has completely gone.

"I recommend Freya’s services for anyone recovering from a new or reoccurring injury, I cannot thank her enough."
